RETURN POLICY

MatrixStorm.Net has a five-business day return policy. Details if this policy are provided below. If you still have questions, after reading our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at our Support Department.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

Goods that are faulty can be exchanged with us within five business days. All products, unless noted otherwise are sold with a manufacturer's warranty after this time. Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer's technical support department directly, to acquire authorization to return any faulty computer hardware products. MatrixStorm.Net will not accept Software or web sites designs under any circumstances.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS

All goods to be returned will require a Return Authorization Number (RMA Number) before they can be returned. To obtain a RMA Number, please contact our Support Department by email. MatrixStorm.Net accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us. Returns take approximately seven days to process from the receipt of goods by MatrixStorm.Net (Exceptions to this may occur from time to time).
